The foundation of any company is its employees. It is because of this simple fact we have partnered with a leading Australian RTO, Australian Training Management (RTO:2431) to develop BCS academy.

BCS in partnership with Australian Training Management (ATM) have the ability to provide the Certificate III in Polymer Processing qualification. This qualification will allow BCS to train the company’s future belt splicers in the specialist techniques used within the industry.

The qualification will be trained and assessed from our Perth Operations facility, with personnel mobilising to site once basic training is competed. All learners will work with experienced certified belt splicers for the duration of their qualification which takes approximately 2 years. With dedicated training equipment in Perth, we can ensure that all of our employees graduate with the skills necessary to perform the work to the high standards of work our clients have come to expect of BCS.

BCS have also partnered with the University of Technology Sydney and other institutions including Engineers Australia. Welcoming numerous graduate engineers to the team and giving them the exposure and tools, they require to have a long and successful career with BCS in the future.
